Its color is reddish-brown, has a unique soy sauce fragrance, taste delicious, can promote appetite. There are two kinds of soy sauce: dark soy sauce and light soy sauce: light soy sauce is used for freshness; Dark soy sauce is used to improve color. Our soy sauce adopts a High-salt dilute process: a fermentation process using soybean, and wheat flour as raw materials, through raw material treatment, soybean meal high-pressure cooking, mixed koji fermentation, pressing and extracting juice.
